Get the Offset of Chinese Maps using Baidu API

can use baidu API to conver the original lat/long to the fixed values

sample:
http://api.map.baidu.com/ag/coord/convert?from=0&to=2&x=116.254615&y=29.814476

you can call the api once and calculate the offset. then use this offset later. the offset is accurate in a certain range.
